Here at Western Racquet Club, we work hard and play hard while valuing healthy living and exercise. Take advantage of new and existing fitness programs for adults, teens, and children. You’ll have access to our state-of-the-art fitness center with weight machines, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, Bosu balance trainers, medicine balls, complimentary group fitness classes, and access to a massage room, whirlpool, and sauna.
Fitness Center Hours
Mondays - Saturdays from 5am - 10pm
Sundays from 5am - 6pm
WRC has a partnership with G-Form Fitness, whose staff maintains a presence in our fitness center. In addition to the Club’s complimentary group classes in Strength & Conditioning, Women on Weights, Yoga, Totally Tone, and Body Pump, G-Form offers various fee-based classes.
G-Form Fitness trainers have the educational background, experience, certifications, and skills to ensure the most comprehensive and beneficial workout designed especially for you.
Our goal is focusing on helping individuals achieve their goals in areas of strength, stability, flexibility, cardiovascular, weight loss, post rehab, sport specific, or functional fitness.
Our objective is to integrate our proprietary training methods into an exercise program that incorporates your goals, abilities, and interests.
We specialize in personal training. In addition, we offer fitness memberships in our state-of-art equipped facility
