All Western Racquet Club members are invited to take advantage of complimentary group exercise classes.

Yoga

This class is geared towards anyone looking to increase strength and flexibility. The techniques used during this session will facilitate your movement and well-being with specific actions building a pose through precise, step-by-step instruction.

WOW (Women on Weights)

If you are unsure of where to start with your workout program, and are interested in a group setting or looking to practice safety measures to ensure a quality workout, Women on Weights is for you! It's where fitness is fun and good health becomes a habit. This program is designed by women for women.

ZUMBA

ZUMBA combines high energy and motivation through Latin and International music with unique moves and combinations that will allow you to dance your way to a healthier, new you. The routines will feature a cardio/interval training mixture of toning the body with resistance to maximize caloric output.

Co-ed Strength & Conditioning Class

Experience a total-body conditioning class focusing on balance, coordination, strength and endurance.

BodyFit

BodyFit is a barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges your major muscle groups by using weight room exercises that push, pull, press, and lift your body into great shape. Great environment, incredible instructors, and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you cam in for - fast.
