Western Racquet club is currently hiring servers with previous experience to provide impeccable service for the members of our private club. Wait staff is responsible for menu knowledge, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Night, and weekend availability are a must. The Club features one of the finest indoor and outdoor tennis facilities in the Midwest with an outdoor swimming pool and snack shop as well as indoor dining facilities. Looking for highly motivated wait staff age 18 and over with professional appearance, outgoing personality, and ability to work as part of a team. Previous fine dining experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate.

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent member drinking and social experience. Applicants must be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectations.
· Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for members at the bar and dining
· Interact with members, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
· Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
· Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
· Plan and present bar menu
· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
· Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
· Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Compensation includes wage and tips.
Food and Beverage staff are responsible for menu knowledge, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; Interacting with members; Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations; Nights, weekends, and some holiday availability are a must.
· Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
· Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Staff is paid hourly (plus tips for those positions that it applies), receives a free shift meal, and free parking.
