Pilates Mat Class
The core principals of Pilates are stretch, strength and control. In this class, let Pilates meet you where you are physically. Strengthen your core abdominal muscles, joints, spine, and improve your posture. Fridays at 8am
Body Pump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Work all major muscle groups in just 55 minutes using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. The instructor will coach you through scientifically-proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am
Strength & Conditioning
Experience a total-body conditioning class focusing on balance, coordination, strength and endurance. Mondays at 5:30pm
Everyone can practice YOGA regardless of age, experience or level of flexibility. For some, yoga is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. All levels welcome. Mondays at 9am, Wednesdays at 6pm, and Fridays at 9am
Women on Weights (WOW)
If you are unsure where to start with your workout program and are interested in a group setting or looking to practice safety measures to ensure a quality workout, Women on Weights is for you! Wednesdays at 9am
Intense interval workout combining cardiovascular, resistance, and functional conditioning movement patterns. Challenge yourself with this fast-paced, calorie-burning and fun style of training. Saturdays at 8am
TRX Kettlebell Fusion
Combining the TRX Suspension Trainer with kettlebell training yields a hybrid workout that packs a wallop. This is an exceptional fusion workout that will build your strength, conditioning, mobility, stability and balance, all in one workout.
