Hatha Yoga poses strung together to provide a fluid movement workout focusing on strength, stability and focus. A brief meditation will end the practice.
Active Older Adults: 10:30-11:25am

Class offers multi-level equipment-based strength and conditioning exercises that are easy on your joints.
Exercises are designed to improve strength, flexibility,
and ability to perform functional activities. Any age can participate, but particularly great for adults 60 & older looking to stay active.

Class combines a series of cardio and functional
strength based intervals using a variety of equipment, followed by active rest and recovery to help improve cardio endurance, strength and overall fitness.
More Muscle
5:30-6:25pm, Instructor: Maria
More muscle equals whole body strength, improved joint stability, leaner bodies, and improved balance. Strap on ankle weights, pick up a bar, and move! This class rotates stations for all major muscle groups and uses TRX straps, bands, bar bells, ankle weights, and weighted slam balls.

This class involves holding stretches in various poses for longer periods of time to improve mobility and reduce stiffness.
Chair Yoga 10:30-11:25am
Instructor: Daniela
A gentle, modified form of yoga using a chair for balance or to perform poses adapted from traditional yoga, such as twists, backbends, and forward folds, that can be done while sitting or standing with the chair for support. Suitable for people of all ages and experience levels, including those recovering from injuries, with balance issues, or living with chronic illnesses.

TRX ABtastic 8-8:55am

Get in your 10 min of cardio warmup followed by a TRX workout with abdominal-specific TRX exercises including the ABroller and standing Ab/whole body weight bearing movement.
Yoga Slow Burn: 9-9:55am
Instructor: Zuri
Slow burn is a slower-paced practice with longer holds to build strength and flexibility and help balance the mind and deepen breathing. We focus on safe alignment and mindfulness. Suitable for both new students and more experienced practitioners alike. Feel more grounded, connected, and develop a steady mind.

The training stick is the first flexible exercise tool to serve as an aid to enhance range of motion, stimulating muscle activation, improving coordination, and developing body awareness, and improve movement capabilities.
